Casa Ledio Theater Home - with marvellous lake view

The "Casa Ledio" is located in the center of the town of Tignale, exactly in Gardola, and consists of a large terrace and a wonderful lake view. The apartment is furnished with great taste and everyday needs such as supermarkets, restaurants, baker, butcher, pharmacy and doctor can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The apartment is a three-room apartment on the ground floor of about 65 square meters consisting of a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, large furnished terrace. Comforts include TV with Italian channels, wi-fi, kitchenette with oven, gas hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine with pods, kettle, furnished terrace and private parking.

Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 10 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which enables them to receive various discounts, for example:

• Free shuttle bus to and from the beach every day from April to October
