The apartment "Michela" is located in Tignale (Prabione), in a quiet location with panoramic views, about 6 km from the lake. The facilities, which are tastefully decorated with new furniture. From the balconies you have a beautiful view of the Monte Baldo massif and Lake Garda. The public swimming pool and Centro Visitatori and 1 restaurant are around 400 m away. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Tignale, Gardola, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, the pharmacy and a doctor's office.

Equipment: satellite TV, kitchen (4 hot plates and extractor hood), German coffee machine, shower / toilet and a parking space, garden and terrace with garden furniture, accommodation and cleaning facilities for Mountanibikes.

Type: three-room apartment, about 60 square meters, for 4-6 people. Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and enclosed garden with barbecue. In addition, this apartment has: "Toiletries", toaster, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher.

Leisure activities: tennis approx. 2 km away, swimming pool approx. 300 m away, mountain bike (possibility to rent from Tabaccheria Ferrero), Nordic walking, cycling and hiking directly from the apartment, sailing and surfing at the lake.

Booking formalities:

Check-in / out: The booked apartment is available to the guest on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m., our agency is open for key collection as follows: Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The key delivery and the provision of the booked apartment can no longer be guaranteed after 8 p.m.

On the day of departure, the apartment must be released by 10 a.m. at the latest.

Booking confirmation: Your booking is confirmed and guaranteed as soon as you have received the deposit and the booking form.

Cancellation policy:

in accordance with European standards and if there are no other agreements, the following payments are due in the event of cancellation:

- from the 40th to the 30th Day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price

- from 29 to 20 Day before the start of the stay 40% of the total price

- from 19th to 10th Day before the start of the stay 60% of the total price

- from 10. Day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price
