"The staff was very helpful and personable. My room was spacious, the bed was firm and the pillows were too flat and firm, and I like flat pillows. The breakfast was wonderful, a large variety of baked goods, hot/cold proteins ,and fruits."

"We highly recommend hotel Ilaria in Lucca. Very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. They also provide parking although it’s €35 per night, it’s definitely worth it as parking is very difficult in town."

"A fabulous place to stay with a fabulous staff a beautiful view of breakfast second to none. Just an amazing experience. If you’re traveling to Sienna you need to stay here. Don’t even look anywhere else. Just stay here. It’s the nicest place around. The property is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing Fabulous place.
