A traditional croft house, lovingly refurbished, with beautiful uninterrupted views over Sangobeg beach (2-3 mins away) and the North Atlantic beyond. Cosy lounge with wood burning stove, 3 bdrms, 2 bthrms. The famous Smoo Cave and closest pub/restaurant are one mile away. Durness village hosts two shops, petrol station, and another pub/restaurant. Balnakeil Craft Village has local artists and businesses including a chocolatier, hairdresser, eatery, art galleries, and more.

Three miles from the most northerly golf course on British mainland, with arguably the most stunning views, looking over Balnakeil Bay and the Kyle of Durness, with golden sands and turquoise beaches and, if lucky, sea eagles and basking sharks can be spotted.

A minibus and ferry runs to Cape Wrath Lighthouse with views over to Lewis and the native wildlife.

Perfect stop off on North 500 Route.

Ideal for walking, hillwalking, cycling, mountain climbing, photography, birdwatching, fishing, history, geology, or just kicking back and relaxing while enjoying the peace and beauty of the area.
