Waterfall Retreat Riverfront Room

This newly remodeled queen room is located at the "Cascades Inn", Waterfall Retreat. Nature lovers will enjoy several beautiful hiking trails. One of which leads to the Tiger Falls Waterfall viewing platform.
This newly remodeled riverfront room has a comfortable queen size bed. Each room has a dining table with two chairs, as well as a comfortable chair to relax in. And overhead ceiling fan and a reverse cycle AC unit will keep you comfortable year-round.
One Bathroom with cabinet, counter space, and a shower. There is a microwave and mini fridge to keep your drinks cool.
Our waterfall retreat offers Convenient day and night access to the large recreation deck (propane gas fire pit, tables with umbrellas, chairs, rocking chairs, and even a cornhole game). From this deck, step onto a wooded trail winding down to the riverside and waterfall. Lay directly in the falls, relax in the water, or simply enjoy the sounds and scenery!
Ready to sit around a campfire telling stories while cooking everyone's favorite smores? We have you covered with a nice little riverside campfire area as well.
Guests enjoy free Wifi, Direct TV & on-site free parking!
RABUN COUNTY has a number of picturesque waterfalls many of which are easily reached by relatively short trails. The county also has numerous hiking trails most notably a portion of the Appalachian Trail.
LOCAL PARKS INCLUDE; Blue Ridge Mountain, Moccasin Creek State Park, Chattahoochee National Forest, Timpson Cove Park at Lake Burton

Real close to a lot of parks, trails and even 2 waterfalls on the property. Also close enough to Clayton where there is a ton of cool shops and restaurants. Nice room and great deck over the water!

The facility was clean, quiet and isolated, which was perfect for our unexpected getaway. The creek out back was loud, splashing and the perfect complement to what we expected. Given the type of trip we had, this would be a good place to start out for us, again.

Cabin Three is such a beautiful spot! The only thing lacking is a decent bed -- really in need of a new mattress. The too-thick foam topper above the old mattress made the bed far too mushy; no support for our backs.

16th wedding anniversary hiking trip.
My husband and I stayed here for a hiking trip. We reserved room #3, which overlooks 3 moderately sized falls (beautiful with a cup of morning Joe). The grounds are well kept and while this property should be covered in pine needles, you can appreciate how much sweeping they do to keep the stairs and walkways clear and clean. The room provides a “your sweet grandma’s house” feel, very peaceful and quite stay. Management is always on site and available, very friendly and willing to interact or provide privacy if you desire. I am 5’ 6’ 130 lbs and the standup shower was rather small but would still return. Privately owned and well maintained. I would definitely recommend!!!
