This place is a hidden gem, immaculate, and just what we needed for our whirlwind trip to my birthtown! Everything was as described or better, and host Brian was always either nearby or easily accessible. This is our new go-to!

Great location and super quiet
Very nice property. We were in town for a show at the Ritz and it was an easy walk from the property. It's very quiet inside which was great. Didn't hear neighbors or street traffic at all. There are no windows in the bedrooms which probably contribute to the quietness. I thought it would bother me but it didn't. It was very comfortable.

The 3 of us absolutely loved every part of this house. 2 bedroom and 2 bath, electric fireplace, beautiful kitchen and living room. This place was so gorgeously. We stayed 11 days and were there for my 55th Fostoria High School reunion. The location was perfect for all of our gatherings with family and friends in Tiffin, Fostoria, Findlay and to the Amish area in Berlin. Several times we proudly brought our friends back to the house to visit. They were amazed at this “gem” that they had driven past many times not knowing it was there. We were able to walk to many of our favorite restaurants as well as local stores. We walked just outside our door and watched the Heritage Festival parade. We have stayed at 20+ VRBO/ HA/ AirBAB properties and if I could give this house 10 stars I would!! Special thanks to Brian who came on our first night to assist us with the TV’s. We will definitely stay here again and I’m sure some of our friends and family will rent this if needed. Beyond Beautiful!!

We love coming back home to Seneca County, Fostoria, Tiffin and Hopewell. It is still home even though we have lived in Orlando for 40+ years. Ohio is so different from Florida in many ways, but both are still great!

We stayed here the weekend before Christmas ‘22 and had a great time! There was 5 of us and we had plenty of room. So many things to do within walking distance. Owners were very accessible and responsive in case we needed anything.
We will definitely stay here again!

Excelled over my Expectations Outstanding, Cozy and Comfortable at Home Feeling
My stay 11/3-11/6 was outstanding, from the Bride to Be banner on the door to the beautiful arrangements of roses on the table this air b&b I met Brian upon arrival, I thought that added so much to my stay you just do not find that kinda one on one hospitality anymore. My stay got extra approval as I wanted to get ready there for my wedding and wanted my bridesmaids there with me as well. With having extra bodies in the air b&b and hair/make up artist & photographer, and a videoographer we had so much room and no one was cramped and we had our own space super cozy. So many compliments on how beautiful the space was too and that it is in the heart of downtown Tiffin! Might I add cheaper than any 3 day hotel stay in the area. Myself and my new husband really cherished our little staycation. Thank you Brian & Kathy we will highly recommend your cozy air b&b. We will be back again!
