"Overall, an excellent property in a great location. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is that the sofas were small and uncomfortable. From the well stocked kitchen, 3 bathrooms (all with showers) and washing machine with tumble dryer, there was nothing that this house didn’t provide. "Beautiful house - much bigger than it looks in the photos. Lots of hot water when you need it which is brilliant and not always the case in holiday rentals. Great kitchen with everything you need including a hot water tap for tea which was super! Lovely little garden which was useful with our dog. Beds were really comfortable however the bed foot boards meant I had to sleep in the second double room as my 6 foot four husband didn't fit in the bed as he was too long for it so had to sleep...

"The photos do not show this place as it is. The main issue is that the bed is in a loft space - up a very steep ladder - its claustrophobic and difficult to access if your knees and ankles are not 10 years old. Couple that with it having an unexpected wood fired hot tub - and being left only 3 small composite logs to light it for 3 nights - not enough to get it hot day 1 - and who wants to spend the evening up to your arms in soot trying to light it anyway - say its log fired in the ad / say...
