Our Little Beach - FREE WIFI - Off Peak Special!

OUR LITTLE BEACH HOUSE is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with the advantage of being both located opposite a quiet reserve and only a short walk to the beach.

Open plan modern kitchen with cook top, no oven but there is a convention and grill microwave, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods ). Dining and a living area with reverse cycle air-conditioner, large smart TV, bluetooth speakers, views of the ocean. Free Wifi

Bathroom with double bowl vanity, full size bath, walk in shower, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer.

Large sliding door in dining area opens to the back yard with BBQ.

Fish cleaning facility

Off street parking for a car and boat.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - King, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 single beds plus 2 trundle beds

A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Tiddy Widdy which is located just around the corner. It's a small quiet beachside settlement just north of Ardrossan. Ardrossan has facilities such as Drakes Foodland, Bottle shop, Newsagency, Bakery, Bank and a Hotel.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Nice but there are a couple things....
Over all the place was furnished well and looked beautiful. Location is nice to. Not much reception or internet access even though they do have wifi. I'm pretty sure that just comes down to it being a very small town,

Reviewer Comments: The house was in very good condition and close to ArdrossanHad all the amenities (except for oven which was made clear ahead of time) and was well appointed. Only two negativesOne - the beds were rock hard, like sleeping on concrete hard. Two - given the insanely large cleaning fee it was disappointing to find it not as clean as it should have been.
