"Everything was excellent except for the bathroom. The room they gave me had a bathtub and it was hard for the water to go down the drain, leaving several other people's hairs in it. I particularly didn't like the new update in the bathroom. I liked it a lot more when it had the glass door, but now it had a curtain that got too wet and the tub took away that special touch from before. "This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater.
