"Lovely view of the lake from a standard room. Pool was great, also with lake view. Free indoor parking. Food was good standard with go wide choice of options. Bar prices were very reasonable for Israel. Only disappointment was not being allowed to sit by a lake view window for breakfast. Would I stay again? Absolutely!"

She was also waiting for me in the road on arrival to lead me to the actual property which otherwise could have been potentially hard to find (the entrance is on Hoffien Street). "Our stay was very bad. It was very noisy due to the traffic, but since we choose this location, I didn't complain this. The hotel recently changed its name, but didn't reflect on the web accordingly, so it took quite some time to find it. The washroom layerout was terrible, there was nothing provided for room service. The room was even barely for backpacker, except it was bigger. Overall, I will not recommend it at all."

"We highly recommend a stay at the Scots Hotel for adults who appreciate beautiful antique-style historic buildings with beautifully maintained gardens and a quiet and prestigious atmosphere. The hotel is very well-maintained and immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel is not suited for kids and is designed for guests over 16 years old. We will be glad to stay at this hotel again."
