The view lanzarote is a private luxury & designer villa with 5000m2 plot in macher/puerto calero area and offers 3 spectacular gardens with 180 degree views of the atlantic ocean.
It is located just 2 km from puerto del carmen,8km from the international airport and 2 km from the 18-hole international golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus with spectacular views of the sea.
we have A/C ,heating,free wifi and private parking. it consists of 4 designer suites and 4 modern bathrooms with rain effect showers and hairdryers.there are also 2 luxury bathtubs with sea views.
It has 5 50" flat screen televisions with all satellite channels in 5 languages.
Play room for children,
state-of-the-art full kitchen equipped with Balay appliances: dishwasher,hob,oven,extractor hood,washing machine,microwave ,2-door american fridge.
A playroom off the living room.
It has a full barbecue,terrace and porch overlooking the sea. in addition to 8 sun loungers we have several sofas and garden sets ideal for relaxing & resting.

Let’s start on a positive communication was good as I had flu, I had to move my dates by 2 days but that is where it ends The villa is like a run-down hostel. The back of the property is derelict. The kitchen and bathrooms seem newer but it did not feel clean I had to buy bleach to clean it myself. Floors were dirty all the walls were stained and dirty. The sofa was dirty stained you did not feel like you wanted to sit on it. The beds had faded stained bedding with dirty cushions on them and the furniture was dirty and broken. There is a bath in one bedroom but the plumbing smells awful so that was unpleasant. The curtains are awful and stained and don’t pull back properly again very hostel feel to it not remotely luxury. Beds are comfy but do not look closely at the pillows !! One bathroom overlooks the pool Which is great apart from when you are sitting around the pool you can people in the shower and on the toilet. Secluded property that does not feel safe. I hated it and sat and cried I was so upset my husband booked us flights back 2 days early. Looks nothing like the photos they must have been taken years ago ! Outdoor furniture dirty stained and all over the place. Pool was nice. View also nice. Shame on whoever left 10 stars ! You are misleading people and it’s not fair so I am providing an honest review. In touch with Vrbo as I am so unhappy with being misled with this villa

A lovely quiet, central, large property
The location on this property is very well placed to get to all parts of the island, the house is in a quiet location with amazing views. The house is large and all bedrooms more than able to accommodate 8 people. The pool is a great size to be able to swim, we enjoyed watching the boats and locals moving around and the colour on the mountains ⛰️ was glorious. Shani was a very helpful contact for the property and we really appreciated the food pack as we arrived very late. We would certainly book this venue again. Thank you for our lovely break.

Lovely Villa
Amazing villa and is as described and shown. We had a lovely holiday, enjoying the perfect views, location and pool. Supermarket a handy 5 minute drive away, but totally peaceful and quiet at the Villa and grounds. Communication and welcome from the host was also great. Would love to return. Thanks

Excellent in all respects
We enjoyed a fabulous week here. The villa is an absolute delight both inside and out. The accommodation is really spacious and well equipped and furnished. The views are amazing and Macher is a sunny part of the island. The pool was beautifully kept and a good temperature. Easy to reach all the attractions and the airport. Communicative, friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended and we were sorry to leave!

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location.
We had a wonderful fortnight staying in this villa. The photos are an accurate reflection of the property. The villa is located in a peaceful area with wonderful views down to Puerto Calero and the mountains beyond. We ventured down to Puerto Calero for several meals - it was a quick and easy drive. All the places to visit on the island are within easy reach of The View. What made this stay so good, as well as the beautiful property itself, was the attentiveness of the host. Communication was excellent - the best I have had (and we have stayed in a lot of places!). Responses to our questions were immediate and we really didn't want for anything. We had a fantastic welcome pack upon arrival. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to others.

Very very happy with our stay in the villa! Beautiful views and property! Only thing worth noting is the pool is not heated through the summer months but shani was on handed to turn the heating on for a small fee.

Lovely villa
The villa was just as stated on the website.. Very modern, light with very large airy rooms and teriffic views..lots of outdoor space and comfortable seating areas.. Probably because of covid 19 there were no instructions or leaflets for anything or anywhere but contacting the owner was easy and helpful with immediate responses. Felt totally safe throughout the island.. Safer than in the UK.!

Fast perfekter Urlaub
Das Haus liegt ruhig unterhalb vom Ort Macher, oberhalb von Puerto Calero und Puerto del Carmen, auf einem großen Grundstück und Platz zum parken für mehrere PKWs. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut, mit 4 großen Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Bad. das WLAN ist ausreichend schnell. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief über WhatsApp, sehr unkompliziert und auf Kleinigkeiten wurde prompt reagiert. Zum Beispiel waren für uns, 8 Personen, zu wenig Gläser und Besteck im Haus, am nächsten Tag hatten wir die Dinge ausreichend bekommen. Die Terrasse mit Liegen, Essecke, Grill und Pool war groß und es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das einzige was wir bemängeln müssen ist die Sauberkeit, die Fenster waren voll Staub, der stammt allerdings nicht nur von 2 Wochen, das Haus nennt sich The View, den man auch wirklich hat, und die Fenster sind sehr groß. Das Geschirr war nicht wirklich sauber, auf der Terrasse lag in den Ecken Laub und Schmutz. Die Silikonfugen in den schönen Bädern waren nur teilweise oder gar nicht vorhanden, dies können im allgemeinen die Spanier selten gut… Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort, Haus, um mit der Familie oder mit Freunden einen individuellen Urlaub zu machen.

Eine tolle Woche
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr schön, groß, sauber und super perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer nett. Wir haben uns in der Villa in der ruhigen Umgebung mit Blick auf das Meer unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Wir könnten jetzt noch viel mehr schreiben, aber wir sagen einfach, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen wollen.

Traum Villa in perfekter Lage
Wir haben zu sechst in dieser wunderschönen Villa unseren Urlaub Verbacht. Familie ( 20-54 Jahre). Die Villa befindet sich zentral auf Lanzarote und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Vom Flughafen fährt man 15 Minuten zum Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (immer per WhatsApp) war sehr gut. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet Wir konnten sogar 2 Stunden früher einchecken. In der Küche wurden wir mit einem Willkommenskorb mit Essen und Getränken empfangen :-) Die Villa verfügt über 4 überdurchschnittlich große Schlafzimmer - alle mit en Suite Bädern - teilweise sogar mit Badewanne. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Außenbereich gibt es einige Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Leider waren nur 2 Sonnenschirme vorhanden sodass nicht jeder einen Schattenplatz haben konnte. Nach einer kurzen WhatsApp mit dem Vermieter und der Bitte, ob es möglich wäre noch einen weiteren Sonnenschirm zu bekommen, wurde uns prompt am nächsten Tag ein weiterer Sonnenschirm vorbei gebracht. Vielen Dank nochmals! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können "The View" zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!

Außergewöhnliche alleinstehende Villa in Mitte von Bergen
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser unfassbar schönen Villa. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Komplett ruhig gelegen. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flighafen und dem nächsten Hafen entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es einen großen Supermarkt der innerhalb von 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Die Zimmer sind alle außergewöhnlich und schön. Der Ausblick aus jedem Zimmer ist Wahnsinn. Man kann das Meer sehen und der Infinitypool trägt zum Luxusgefühl bei. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und sagen nochmal auf diesem Weg tausend Dank. Das war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt.

Villa mit tollen Ausblick
Sehr schöne große Villa in ruhiger Lage mit toller Terrasse und geheizten Pool. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer und Meerblick. Mit dem Auto sind die umliegenden Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Netter Kontakt und Betreuung durch WhatsApp.

Beste Lage, Ruhe pur
Wir kommen seit 25 Jahren nach Lanzarote. Hatten hier auch schon ein eigenes Ferienhaus. Wir kannten daher die Lage des Hauses auch sehr genau. Unsere hohen Erwartungen an Lage, Ruhe und AusIcht wurden dennoch übertroffen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände, Gastronomie, mit dem Auto in 5-15 Minuten alles gut erreichbar. In der Villa war alles vorhanden, für eine unbeschwerte Urlaubswoche mit der Familie. Lediglich etwas mehr Sonnenschirme oder der gleichen haben wir auf der riesigen Terrasse vermisst. Zum Jahreswechsel war es dieses Jahr ungewöhnlich sonnig und warm. Auf jeden Fall werden wir die Villa wieder buchen und können diese uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen

Fantastischer Entspannungsurlaub
Eine tolle, ruhiggelgene Villa mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und die Betreuung vor Ort war supernett und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist modern, absolut gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert.
