Enjoy the tranquility of the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen in a cozy little studio. The complex is very quiet and has a community pool and a terrace with a great view of the harbor and the sea.
In two minutes you reach the harbor with beautiful and typical restaurants. the nearest sandy beach (Playa Chica) is just 5 minutes away. 10 - 15 minutes to get to walk to Playa Grande and the main beach road of Puerto del Carmen.
Since the studio apartment is relatively small, we recommend that you use for 1 person or 2 people who are very like. ;-)

Nice apartment. 20 minute walk to the beach.
Nice stay at this apartment, could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall a nice apartment. One thing I spotted was that there was 1x camera facing the property and 2x inside the property. No mention of that when booking. Around a 20 minute walk to the main beach and to where most the bars are.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung.
Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war einfach nur schön. Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten vom Anfang der Strandpromeda in Puerto del Carmen entfernt und man hat direkten Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Die Wohnung ist außen am Rand der Straße und somit hat man schön seine Ruhe und ist für sich. Es wurde vor unserer Ankunft alles geputzt, vorbereitet und wir konnten direkt mit dem Urlaub beginnen. Vor der Wohnung befinden sich mehrere Parkplätze. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden hier jederzeit wieder her kommen. Gruß Max

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage
Leider hatte ich nur 1 Woche Aufenthalt. Da ich aber schon 10x auf der Insel war, fühlte ich mich gleich zu Hause. Der Vermieter, Christian Dorndorf, war jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn mich mein techn. Vermögen verließ (Fernseher). Das kleine Studio ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was Mensch so braucht. Ich komme gern wieder. Margit Fricke aus Berlin -alleinreisend

Great studio apartment in great location with lovely views
The studio is compact but has all you need for a comfortable stay for two people. Very close to numerous restaurants. We loved La Cofradia de Pescadores. The food was excellent and service spot on. The Island is very beautiful and worth exploring and the beaches of Papagayo very unspoilt with good swimming. Highly recommend!

Well located with view of harbour and ocean.
For us, the studio location is convenient for a short walk to Old Town and the harbour. At the same time, you can walk in the opposite direction and be in a rural setting with ocean vistas. Access to beaches, additional stores and restaurants is further afoot. The studio, itself, is compact and makes good use of the available space. We had excellent communication with Christian who was most responsive to our questions and needs. We would choose to stay here again.

Tasteful studio in great location on the Old Town Harbour in Puerto Del Carmen. Large balcony with great sea views. Everything you could need in the studio and all clean and comfortable. WiFi very good. Thanks Christian for a lovely stay.

Ideal apartment for 2 people everything you need. It was clean and fresh the only down full was the fact the balcony area is covered which prevents you laying in the sun. Otherwise can't fault it i would recommend a stay here for 2.

Location Location Location!
I love this small complex for its fantastic location more than anything else. Tucked into the corner at the end of the harbour with incredible views and a swimming pool that practically spills over into the harbour itself. The walk to Puerto Calero starts just outside the bottom complex gate to the right - a great spot for people watching! However, the apartment still retains a private feel and isn’t overlooked. And a beautiful 10 minute stroll along the harbour to the bars, restaurants and beaches of old town. Another 10 minutes or so to new town if thats your thing. There is a small supermarket and restaurant 2 minutes down the road so perfect for a quick bite, drink or stock up on provisions. This studio is perfectly suited for a solo traveller, couple or 2 close friends. Small yes but well laid out and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay, not to mention that the terrace outside is much larger than most on any other complex almost doubling the living space. The studio is bright, modern, beautifully decorated and well equipt with free WiFi, lovely rainfall shower, plenty of bathroom towels and good kitchen equipment. The bed situation was comfortable enough yes, however I do feel a double sofa bed rather than a pull out day bed would be a better, even more comfortable option. Other than that I cannot fault a single thing. Communication with Christian was great, he answered any questions promptly and met me at the apartment with the keys and showed me around everything. I would not hesitate to stay here again (or in the bigger apartment next door).

Perfect location looking onto harbour in quiet area. Really close to lovely eateries and only 15 minute gentle stroll to "strip" if that's your thing. Studio although really well equipped was just a bit too small for us, bed was Ikea pull out day bed so not ideal, a double pull out sofa bed would be better, but dont let that put you off as area almost made up for this.

Perfect location
On arrivng the owner was there to meet us and show us around, the first thing that you see is the amazing view of the harbour from the large balcony, complete with patio furniture including swinging hammock. Then you enter the patio doors info the very bright and harbour themed decorated apartment. There is a small but modern and very well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need including coffee maker, double ceramic hob etc. The apartment also offers plenty of storage, There is a good sized and again modern bathroom with good sized shower, sink, toilet and more storage there is also shaving mirror and hair dryer. There is a sofabed flat screen tv, freeview box, Wifi router electric fan and lamps. I can not praise this apartment highly enough and will have no hesitation in staying there when we return to Lanzarote. Lastly the location is superb, over looking the harbour, a 10 minute walk to centre of old town and 20 minute walk to the strip

Small but beatifull, excellent location
Small apartment, but big enough for the two of us for a week, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only one small negative thing to comment is that the weather was hot, hot hot which was lovely, but it was difficult to keep room cool even though a fan was supplied. Still, the pool was lovely to cool down in and as they say...some like it hot! The location is excellent with wonderful views over the harbour, and just a short walk to a very good restaurant that also looked over the harbour. A few minutes further walk and you are in Puerto del Carmen old town, a lively resort with plenty of choice of restaurants and bars

Superb studio with great views
Great studio, superbly equipped with great views. Booked studio in conjunction with the larger 2 bed apartment next door for a family holiday. Great location and we will book again. Thanks to Christian who is very helpful.
