With great attention to detail, we have our beach apartment (Calle Doramas) furnished. The small private complex offers short distances to the beach and the promenade and a nice ambience for an unforgettable holiday. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 3 persons. It is not suitable for wheelchairs, as it is located on the 1st floor. For enough privacy, the own bell with intercom system. Air conditioning for a fee.
Towels, sheets and beach towels included

Final cleaning of 60 € inclusive incl. Laundry (for 2 persons, for the 3. Persons plus 5 €).

Was nice enough apartment. But didn't realise there were 24 stairs to climb . Also the open concrete corridor caused a wind tunnel so the noise of the wind kept me awake Overall enjoyed or stay

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der super eingerichtet Wohnung, der es an absolut Nichts fehlt! Mit zwei Einkaufsläden vor der Haustüre und nur einem 2-Minuten-Marsch zum Strand, ist die Lage perfekt. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos ab durch den netten Kontakt vor Ort. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Wir würden das Apartment immer wieder buchen und können es definitiv für längere Aufenthalte empfehlen.

Gemütlich und sauber in optimaler Lage!
Das Apartment war sauber, modern und gemütlich. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer sowie die Berge. Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es nur drei Gehminuten. Vor der Haustür gibt es einen Spar-Supermarkt. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde dieses Apartment in Puerto del Carmen als Alleinreisende oder auch zu zweit jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch die freundliche Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern sowie der Check In und Check Out liefen einwandfrei! Immer wieder gerne :-)

The apartment is compact but had everything you need, close to 2 spars and a few pubs, as I say it's only up half a cardiac hill 😂 from the strip and the beach, the only things I would change is the living curtains didn't close properly and when the light comes in you see it in the bedroom and no English tv so bring a tablet or I pad if you want to watch English things. Place was really clean and Frank was very helpful for the check in process and explained everything well. Would stay again if returning and it was available
