Fabulous apartment in puerto del Carmen
Fabulous apartment with all amenities and the sea within 300m. The apartment is set in a quiet area and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owners Leonardo and Nadia are super hosts. We hired a car to explore the island but if you don't drive the bus service is very good . A visit to Teguise and fire mountain is a must, plus the cactus gardens are worth a visit.

We so enjoyed our time in this well located apartment in Lanzarote. Leonardo kindly collected us and dropped us back at the airport, service above and beyond. The property itself is well located, nicely furnished, immaculately clean and has everything you could need for your stay. Many thanks for making our holiday so perfect!!

Great apartment
In over 17 years of using villas and apartments this was definitely the cleanest and best appointed apartment ever. Absolutely nothing to be faulted - lovely presentation, great welcome from Leonardo and there was everything I could have needed. The location was quiet but at the same time handy for the main town. A perfect holiday venue with perfect hosts!

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. Check in and communication was very professional with Leonardo. Apartment had everything. The welcome pack was really appreciated. Not far from the strip but easy reach to all the bars and restaurants. Large supermarket accross the road. The only thing that we never got to work was the TV but because we were out all the time enjoying the sun we didn't really need it. Only used to try the TV in the evening while getting ready to go out but it just said there was a bad signal. Other than that we loved this apartment and would definitely stay again. Regards. Lovely, tasteful apartment with lots of homely touches
I booked this apartment for my parents in January and they had a wonderful stay. They particularly appreciated the warm welcome by Nadia & Leonardo who picked them up from the airport and made sure they were settled in the apartment. They had taken the trouble to leave a few essential groceries for the start of the holiday which was very thoughtful. My parents enjoyed relaxing on the sunny balcony and walking to local restaurants - they didn't need to hire a car. The apartment was clean and stylish and is obviously well looked after. Thank you Nadia & Leonardo, my parents send their very best wishes.

Wonderful!
This lovely apartment is beautifully placed - close to the Puerto Del Carmen strip with all its bars and restaurants but not on it. There’s a HiperDino supermarket across and down the road about 30 metres, so easy to get fresh croissants for breakfast. Plenty of on street parking available. The flat itself is tastefully and comfortably furnished, with everything you need to knock up a meal if you wish, close enough to the walk to restaurants on the strip or to relax on the balcony with a cold beer. There was a full Sky TV package available, which we’ve never had before when renting. The bathroom has a nice roomy shower and the bedroom is a good size with lots of storage space. Nadia and Leonardo are charming hosts and left some essential supplies in the fridge, which were much appreciated. Leonardo left us with contact numbers, but we never needed them. The pick up and drop off at the airport were also much appreciated- there are car rental agencies all over the place, so no need to get one at the airport. We hired a car for 5 days, €90 from Cicars on the strip. All in all, we had a lovely time in a wonderful apartment, a perfect base from which to explore.

A delightful, spacious and well furnished apartment in a quiet residential area.
Leonardo and Nadia made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we felt very much at home. They also gave us excellent advice on authentic restaurants and places to visit. Our only regret is that we could not hire a car for a few days to see more of the island. Coach trips are useful, but expensive, and the local bus services were badly signed, and unreliable. The beaches were beautiful, varied in character and kept really clean, as were the streets. The low rise white buildings and lack of hoardings etc added to the feeling of peace and simplicity. Lanzarote is a very special island! We hope it stays that way and doesn’t get spoilt by the pressure to build more hotels and apartments and open yet more tourist shops. It’s a difficult challenge!

A cosy, clean and nicely furnished apartment
Fresh bed linen and towels delivered at regular intervals. Delighted with the amount of start up groceries left for us. The owners, Leonarda and Nadia were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Delighted with the range of TV channels available - could even access BBC television Northern Ireland, and all the RTE channels as well as SKY golf! A larger settee and two sunbeds on the terrace would enhance the experience.

Fabulous apartment. Central but quiet.
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in February at this apartment. Some good walks, good meals and a good rest. The hosts were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful. We enjoyed near by restaurants but also walked to the old town several times and thought the views were spectacular. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The balcony had sun most of the day and was sheltered from the wind on a very blustery day. The beaches were very pretty, sandy and sun loungers were available to rent. We also enjoyed all the TV channels when we had a relaxing day as my daughter recovered from a chest infection. We were particularly grateful for the initial food stock in the fridge supplied by our hosts and the lifts to and from the airport. The only thing that could have improved our stay was a couple of sun loungers on the balcony. The supplied chairs were comfortable for dining but not for lounging and reading our books. Would gladly return and recommend it to others. A fabulous break.

Lovely modern apartment, ideally situated in Puerto del Carmen.
The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed, including a teapot. The fridge was well stocked for breakfast. We particularly appreciated being met at the airport and being driven back at the end of our stay.

Excellent apartment for a couple to use as a base to explore Lanzarote
Leonardo met us at the airport and drove us to the apartment. Nothing was to much trouble for him, including delivering an electric heater when the weather went a bit cool. Overall The apartment was excellent, plenty of space, absolutely spotless, with all modern conveniences including wi-if and TV satellite stations if needed. There was even a welcome pack to get you started with all the basics. Overall an excellent apartment, perfect for exploring both the North and South of the island due to its central location.
