Chill and SeaViews Lanzarote Colony Club House

Beautiful house with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large terrace overlooking the sea and one minute from the beach. It is located in the Colony Club complex with a community pool and easy access to the sea.

Upper Floor: fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 burners, kettle, microwave, toaster and kitchenware. Living room with double sofa bed, TV, stereo, DVD player and large terrace with barbecue and beautiful sea views. Room with washing machine, iron and board. Toilet

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, fans, large closets and a SMART TV in one of the rooms.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and showers.
Baby cot available.
One set of bath towels per person and one beach towel per person are provided upon arrival.

Fenced community pool (a pool for adults and a small pool for children)

Next to the complex there is a path that in a minute leads directly to the avenue of Puerto del Carmen with bars, restaurants and shops. Optimal position to enjoy a quiet stay and close to all services.
