This Air conditioned studio apartment with sea view is located on a quiet secure complex in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen. It has Free Wi-Fi. A large T.V with a Free Internet T.V system with BBC, ITV, RTE etc with 7 day catch up, Sky Sports, BT Sport, Sky Movies, radio stations and much more. And a DVD player with a selection of DVD's. The apartment is situated on the end and with no apartment above, it makes this an ideal place for some peace and quiet. There are two communal sun terraces and a communal swimming pool with sunbeds. There are some great views of the harbour and sea. The apartment has been recently redecorated and is always kept spotlessly clean. It has its own fully equipped kitchen with hob kettle toaster and microwave. The bathroom has a shower. It has its own balcony with sea views for alfresco dining and receives sun all day long. There are two sunbeds on our patio. A safe to store your valuables. We will supply a welcome pack containing toilet roll, tea, coffee, milk sugar and water. There is also usually washing up liquid and hand wash.

The property was very nice, in a quieter area of the resort. Every appliance worked and was clean, plenty of cutlery, dishes, towels, etc. Great view of the sea. Easy to check in and out.

Another great holiday
Just spent three weeks in this apartment, lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you need, great views over the harbour. Complex quiet and close to bars and restaurants and supermarket close by. Martin easily contactable when needed have stayed here several times before and already re-booked for later on this year

Stayed several times in this lovely little studio. Communication with Martin was excellent as always and he is very helpful regarding arrival and departure times. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the tv package is excellent. It is on a small quiet complex in an excellent location. Can't wait to return in February

Idyllic break in Lanzarote
The property was perfect for us as two pensioners. Well equipped with everything we needed. Good WiFi and full UK channels including sport, There are a host of restaurants nearby especially Hankey Pankey. Food was great and really affordable. The Old Town and Port are a short walk downhill even for us old foggies.

Excellent studio in a nice quiet location. 10 min walk into the port area. Everything in the room as described. Slight comms issue with Vrbo about how to access the room (via lockbox) but speedily resolved by the property manager. Overall great value. Will definitely visit again.

LOVELY APARTMENT WITH GREAT VIEWS
Lovely apartment with a nice balcony over looking the sea. The apartment its self is large enough for 2, well equipped for all your requirments. spent 9 nights here over Christmas, quiet complex but within walking distance to the harbour, restraunts and pubs, bit steep maybe for some people but taxi's are cheap to bring up the hill. Hope to visit this lovely apartment again.

Great wee chill
My friend and I booked this apartment for a wee last minute chillout and that's exactly what we got. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Montana Tropical Centre next door was perfect for eating out and a few drinks hence we only ventured into town a couple of times. Also reasonably priced spar at the corner. Would definitely book again.

Stayed here 27 th dec to 5 th jan. very clean apt Everything we required. Great air con and tv with all channels , even sports. Nice sea view from sun trap balcony. . Can be noisy
Have stayed on many occasions, apartment comfortable, everything there that you need. Good to see new mattresses. However, the noise from the bar next door, Hanky Panky's is too much. The noise level has to be addressed. If you're wanting a quiet stay this is no longer the place.
