Fantastic Stay
We had an amazing 10 night stay at this property which is accessed from the main strip but set back a bit so not noisy. The apartment is spotless and has all the facilities you could need. I have already booked again and would book sooner if there was availability when I have holidays due. Stayed 2nd-12th April 23.

This property is stunning modern you can get any closer to the strip on PDC TV IS ABOUT 60 inch we had a toddler with us so YouTube Netflix prime Great seaveiw out of the window got the sun on the balcony at dinner time beds on balcony a/c in every room remote control everything perfect defo booking this year again

Fabulous!
Everything about this apartment was fabulous. It has everything you need. Coin operated aircon was very cheap and efficient. Across the road from the beach and on the main strip with all the bars, restaurants and supermarkets. No need for a car. Lots of information provided by the owners from emergency numbers to recommended restaurants. Great communication.

The house was beautiful a lovely home from home …. I had my aunty with me who uses wheelchair .we really struggled as it was uphill . We were told this but thought we could manage as there was 4 of us … it was just to much for her we did get out 1day with her and struggled ..the pool was lovely to .. we enjoyed ourself but couldn’t go with my aunt again .. Peter did tel us about the stairs and hill …

Perfect apartment for our first family trip to Lanzarote!
We were so happy with this accommodation for our week away! Myself, my partner and 2 children aged 8 and 12 stayed here and we couldn't have asked for more really. Appartment was spotless when we arrived, beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect size for a family of 4. Air con cost us about 10 euros for the week which was so worth it. We used it all night every night. Location is great! When we arrived, I will admit, I was a little worried as we were right on the strip. ( We also arrived late evening so it was in full flow). However, once we'd followed Peter's very clear instructions to find the appartment in the complex, we were set back enough for the noise to not be a problem at all. Which meant it was a great central location and walking distance to everything. The view from the balcony and front window is stunning, so close to the beach! Swimming pool is right behind the apartment and was clean and great for the kids, (adults too!). Communication with Peter was excellent.All the info he sent over before hand was very helpful and my questions were answered very quickly! We also had a problem with the door handle on arrival and after messaging, was fixed and sorted the same day. Excellent service! Only suggestion I could make is to have a couple of essentials left in the appartment for people to use as its self catering. Salt, oil etc for cooking and maybe spare bin bags. Not really a problem at all though. We fell in love with Puerto Del Carmen and will be back!

Lanzarote Paradise
The whole process from start to finish was great, simple with absolutely no hassles, The apartment was absolutely perfect, modern with views to die for. The pool behind and the beach in front literally a minutes walk in either direction. Close to the strip for restaurants, bars and leisurely strolls along the beach. Noise levels from the strip were not a problem and we couldn’t hear a thing in the main bedroom. We would definitely book here again when we come back.

We were all very impressed from the moment we walked into the apartment. Contactless entry and easy instructions. The place was spotless, like walking into a brand new apartment. Had everything we needed. Great air con system. Delightful view to wake up to every morning. Lovely sitting out in the balcony for breakfast. Very modern and spacious. This apartment is better than it looks in the photos and the views out of the world from inside and out. The property Is without a doubt the nicest we’ve ever stayed in and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks also for the restaurant recommendations, they were all top draw!

Beautiful apartment with an eye for design and superior cleanliness. Very conveniently located.
Great little spot for a week in the sun, no car needed as everything is on the door step. Can be lively in the evening if this is the type of holiday you're looking for. Pool area is quiet and clean. The views from the villa are lovely.
