"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. "This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we travel frequently. The service is beyond amazing and the property is so beautiful overlooking the lake and the mountains, it takes your breath away. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, gym and pool are magnificent and breakfast each morning is wonderful. I cried when we left!"
