"I was given an excellent room with no view whatsoever. When I asked for an upgrade I was told it's impossible to give me a room with any view, that I would have to pay a lot more."

I had a mixup in my reservation, making it for the wrong date, but they were able to give me a room and refund the wrong date, despite the non-refund policy. They have a good breakfast. "This place contactless check in which went smoothly due to having proper communication from the owners. This unit was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was adequate for cooking and fortunately I had some experience with cooking on an induction stove due to them having an induction unit to help us cook. this property is located next to one of the most famous waterfalls in Iceland that allows you to walk behind the waterfall. We could also see it from our room. This is a great location to explore this area of Iceland."

"We stayed in the single cabin room/suite (of which there are 8 on the hillside). You take a nice paved road in from highway 1 until you reach the guesthouse area. Everyone is super friendly and the rooms are comfortable and quaint. We purchased the breakfast add-on and that was delicious. It was a great experience as part of our travels."

"The property was absolutely beautiful. Lots of privacy, beautiful sunset and was able to catch a glimpse of northern lights during our stay. The dogs on the property were incredibly sweet and made the stay so much more memorable and fun."
