Thanks to the open floor plan, you can enjoy each other's company while the rest of the family relaxes in the living room and you prepare meals in the kitchen. Enjoy meals in the conservatory, where the large windows let in plenty of light.

The large wooden terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can easily gather the family or friends for cozy barbecues. Relax in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers while reading a good book and the kids play in the fenced garden, an outdoor shower is also available.

If you dream of a vacation by the sea, this is the place for you. The house is located only 200 meters from the nearest sandy beach, which is a pleasure in any season and where you can also fish. Clean the day's catch in the fish cleaning area in the house's utility room and fire up the grill for a delicious dinner. Just a few hundred meters from the house you will find numerous activities for young and old, including an indoor swimming pool with spa area, the beach playground, the SeaWar Museum, a skate park and much more.
