"連泊して、シャワーがよくなかったので、部屋をバスタブ付きにアップグレードしたのだが、風呂に栓がない。湯がシャワーから出ない。バスマットもない。部屋にゴミ箱がない。トイレに一個だけ。この内容で何のためにアップグレードをしたのかわからない。結局風呂は、使えなかった。変えた部屋も、シャワーの水圧がほぼない。チョロチョロ出てるだけ。これでスター付きはありえない。朝食も最悪。ジュースは普通のアップルオレンジとかがなく、スイカと変なお茶のみ。明らかにガラガラの会場に、冷え切った目玉焼きの量。せめてもと、別の焼き方で頼んだが、これを食えと。。もはや意味不明。他のホテルに泊まるなり、実際に部屋に泊まるなりしたほうがよいのではないか。と感じるくらいクオリティが低い。"

"As no-one else was staying at the hotel that night, the warm breakfast buffet was non-existing. A shame as a few days before that, when we were also staying there, the breakfast was actually really nice. Otherwise the hotel is great."

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"Nothing but good things to say about this property! It’s very well managed and the staff can also speak English and foreign languages well. We travelled here in 2022 but in 2024 we wanted to try out a new hotel in the area to compare but there’s no competition for King Hotel! In my opinion, King Hotel is the best in Thai Nguyen! "

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs.
