"I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. "Lovely hotel ❤️ On arrival I was a little concerned when the receptionist advised there was work ongoing - but it was fine. Comfy room, nice and quiet with good amenities. The elevator was tiny but stairs do allow you to access all rooms. There is no toiletries or tea / coffee in rooms but they do have a kettle and hairdryer etc. All in all would highly recommend - the location is perfect! Right in the hub of town and less than 10 minutes walk to the train station and for the Bernina...

"Great property but for the noise at night coming out of the Beefbar. The hotel anknowleged it though annd made up for it. The ski shop had limited options for ski rentals and the equipment was not the best I have seen in a 5 star hotel."

"Amazing, family-friendly, dog-friendly gem a five-minute walk into town, 8 minutes to the ski slopes. Can also take the bus to a number of the ski lifts or outdoor activities. The hotel has a range of activities, including a movie room and game room, to keep everyone entertained. The food was delicious and good variety."
