"We have used Hotels.com many times and Sykes cottages a number of times this past year al very good and this was excellent. The booking was easy but the owner of this cottage was excellent in communication and instructions ( Gaynor ) there isn’t enough I could say and we had the privilege of meeting her when she did midweek check on jacuzzi. "We stayed at Ashover Lodge last week and really enjoyed our time there - even though we were 2 adults with French bulldogs we still had plenty of room!The lodge had everything we needed and was in a great location for travelling around the area.People had mentioned in previous reviews about the comfy bed and we have to agree! Lots of lovely dog walks close to shops restaurants and close enough to go into Chester for days out .
