"When I take the night train to Trang I always stay at Thumrin because it is big enough to always have a room available for early check-in. Decor and furnishings a little long in the tooth but who cares at this price. Corner rooms have nice view but all the windows can challenge the air-con."

Forget about staff speaking any English or foriner language. Not there even they say they speaking English there is no convenience stores near by to pick up anything .
