The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which was like sleeping on a cloud! The location was perfect, with easy access to city centre of Sigen. I also appreciated the breakfast with lots of variety to choose from. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. "It was a little hard getting in since you had a code. Just had to find pad - then it was easy. Didn't know where to park but was a large lot to the north and it worked ok. It was comfortable and bed was nice. If in Zurich again and leaving from airport this would work for me."
