The staff were proactively helpful, and I especially appreciate the help from Mr. Sakib and Ms. Nuresha for letting me check in early. The hotel is at a busy location with easy access to transport and facilities."

Rakshit went beyond his job description to help us checkin early and offered to help with our luggage as we travelled briefly out of Hyderabad. The breakfast bar was excellent and we enjoyed the fresh fruits, and savory Indian items such as masala dosa. We would like to thank Prakash at the breakfast place for making us feel at home."

The staff especially team members like Karishma, Neha they are very pleasant to work with. They take the time to understand your request and mostly able to accommodate accordingly. The SPA and salon is beautiful and great staff. Added bonus - tons of shopping within walking distance. "
