"Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der angekündigte Skibus ab der Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus sollte alle 15 min fahren. Es fuhr gar kein Skibus und der Linienbus nur jede Stunde. Daher mussten wir abends nach dem Skifahren immer ein Taxi zurück nehmen. "

"Very disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!! Very very disappointing. "

"Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 5 Freunden in einem Apartment. Es war alles wie neu. Auf dem Balkon war ein Hot tub, den man einmal pro Tag für 2 h füllen konnte. Eine kleine Sauna war im Appartement integriert. Zusätzlich gab es einen Spabereich im Keller des Gebäudes mit warmem Außenpool. Das Frühstücke war inklusive."

"I had a wonderful time at the property, it had everything we needed for the week and was very close to local shops, restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the lift to get up the mountains. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with views of the mountain in the evening. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was easy. I recommend this lovely apartment if you are looking for a good value place to stay in beautiful Saalbach."

"Spent 8 days in a small but well equipped and great location apartment in the Saalbach region. The apartment is close to the bike tracks, close to the town and easy parking. These was also good storage for bikes. No issues at all !!"

"We had the middle apartment with the balcony at the front off the kitchen, ideal for watching village life whilst eating breakfast and catching the morning sun. We also had access to a large shared balcony at the rear which was ideal for catching the sun at the other end of the day whilst enjoying evening dinner. "Great apartment to stay during our ski trip for a week. We, a family of four, enjoyed our stay very much as everything we needed was there. The location is a bit uphill from Kaprun center. It is about 15 minutes to walk but you can always take your car and easily park almost anywhere you want. The cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer makes it a very comfortable stay."

"Was fine overall but it could be better if they take care of few things such as the number of staff at the reception, most of the time only one staff, also room doors luck was removed . The laundry room is available only the time the reception staff are available, 8 to 8. One key point also, the place have no AC and if you close the windows it will be very worm however if you open the windows some insects will be going inside the rooms."
