The staff also went above and beyond, assisting with retrieving our luggage from Johannesburg and providing thoughtful support with laundry and toiletries. "I would qualify everything about this place with exceptional. I wanted to thank each staff and copied down the names of our night and morning receptionists and gardener/manager, but lost the paper all with my car registration. Go figure. But the place is first rate with budget cost. The TV had hundreds of channels. The king size bed is comfortable. Wifi is strong. Beautiful room decor and spacious. No details overlooked. We came out of 5 days of stalking animals/birds in Kruger. It's perfect rest. The gardener (I am sure he had other jobs) washed our dusty car. Free breakfast make to order. We didn't have time to enjoy the wonderful breakfast, etc. because we were in a rush to get on the road. But you will. "
