"Beautiful hotel and property. This has been the nicest hotel we have stayed at on the trip to Vietnam. It is not inexpensive like many others but the reason is that it is truly a 5 star hotel. The bed and sheets/linens were superb. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in since arriving. Spend the extra and get the spa services. The massage therapists were exceptional. We got daily massages and loved it. We also used the sauna and steam room to my delight. The staff were exceptional as well"

The experience was beyond my expectations from the room, hotel courtyard/garden/restaurant, the foods were amazing and the bonus was the staff A , everyone went out of their ways to make my stay memorable, for sure I will stay here again. "We stayed in a triple room that had a large bathroom. The room was impeccably clean and the staff took great care to get to know our needs in the short time we were there. The concierge was immensely helpful in suggesting a sightseeing itinerary, arranging airport transfers, arranging a private driver, and helping us find what we needed. The hotel is on a quiet side street, and we quickly learned that alleys in Hue are often nicer than the main streets, with small restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay here."
