"It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options. "Clean hotel, friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast buffet. I had originally booked for myself (1 guest) but in the end, I had an extra guest. Even though it was a king bed easily large enough for a couple, the hotel charged me for the extra person. This is the first time I’ve had this experience! "

"During the past 3 or 4 years since my previous stay in the hotel, its condition and overall service have deteriorated substantially. When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. Flora Airport Hotel and Convention Centre Kochi

"The staff were all top notch, professional,and very friendly. The buffets were delicious and had a varied menu to choose from. The food was kept warm in Creuset pans which is much appreciated and necessary for buffets. The location is 10 mins from Kochi airport so very convenient after a long journey. The shuttle picked us up 10 mins after arriving outside of the airport. We only stayed one night on our way to Munnar. The hotel referred me to a driver who we booked for 4 days to Munnar and Thakadey. This was arranged in advance of our arrival to the hotel from the USA. Highly recommend the location as a 1-2 night restful stay en route to other places. "
