Bring your family or friends to enjoy life by the lake. Beautiful sunsets and outdoor living. You’ll have the entire house to yourself and children and pets are allowed. The house has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There are four bedrooms on the upstairs level, one bedroom on the main level, and one bedroom in the basement. Garage is available for parking or driveway and street are also parking options. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $85.00/night. The basement of the house is rented separately if the entire home is not booked.

Beware!
Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property.

This is a very hard review to write. I've rented through VRBO several times and have always been happy. This was a bit different. The refrigerator and cupboards were packed with their food. We re-organized and bought ice for coolers to accommodate our items. A young man came stating he was renting a bed in the basement. He checked & found an email stating he needed to vacate for the weekend. I asked his garage code… the same one the host had given us. Every closet, drawer and cabinet was filled - food, used hand soap and toiletry bottles, toys and trash. The garage was strewn with full/ torn down boxes and other items. The small patio only has two chairs. Fees were confusing. The website states one price pet fee but was told by the host it would be three times the posted rate. There was also confusion around a per person fee that I still don’t understand. My fault... The host offered an incentive for a 5-star review but I feel it’s my responsibility to share my experience. The house appeared clean but people with better noses mentioned urine and deodorizer smells. There was children's toys and clothing everywhere - visible and crammed in closets. The solarium for viewing sunsets and the lake has no furniture and is lined with children’s toys. Our kids would add lots more but I feel I’ve offered enough information. Beautiful home, beautiful area but house was dirty and did not have adequate kitchenware
The sheets in master were dirty, didn’t have adequate silverware, plates, etc. worn out pots and pans. Hard floor surfaces were grimy, my feet were black after a few hours being in the home. Loads of children toys all over the house, think it may be a daycare during the week.
