A true Three Rivers home set back against the Sequoia National Forest, upgraded with modern amenities and everything an adventurer would need when arriving home from a long day exploring the Giant Forest! Across the road from the river, open the windows and listen to the river water or just enjoy nature's view.

-Within minutes of Kaweah Lake and recreation areas.
-Sequoia National Park themed, a great escape for anyone traveling to the National Parks who need a home base that will continue the experience!

Guest Access

Views! Guests have access to the whole property and beautiful views in every direction. Lots of easy and flat parking, but no garage access at this time.

Extra guest fee: 20/guest/night after 4 guests

We are pet-friendly and charge a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Please bring a bed for your animal to sleep on and make sure to clean up after them!

Neighborhood description

Located on local favorite South Fork Drive, along the south fork of the Kaweah River. Minutes to Kaweah Lake, Slick Rock recreation area, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, and many restaurants including our favorite riverfront delight, "The Gateway" and candy shop "Reimer's".

House Rules

1. Check In
Check in instructions will be sent out 24 hours prior to check in. We currently cannot accommodate early check ins. Please respect check in and check out times. Late checkout fees may apply.

2. Honesty is the best Policy
Add all guests & pets to the reservation, no more overnight guests than maximum occupancy. Guest fee of $20/person/night after 4 guests apply automatically with reservation request. Please keep pets off furniture and make sure to clean up after them. All animals require a one-time pet fee. 2 dogs max.

3. No Parties or Smoking
Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. This is a high fire zone! Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

4. Be respectful
When using outdoor areas and lake essentials, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. This is a mountain home and if you leave food/trash outside, it can attract wild animals. Thank you for your cooperation!
