Beautiful renovated stately home, one of the original founder's homes of Three Oaks! Just around the corner from the Journeyman Distillery and all downtown Three Oaks has to offer! (5 minute walk to the heart of downtown Three Oaks)

Attic has been finished to add an additional 600 sq feet, featuring a bedroom, dressing room, living room with gas fireplace, ensuite bath with walk-in shower with rain shower head, large vanity. Attic is accessible through the upstairs bathroom, which has a private toilet closet.

Home offers beautiful designer furnishings, 3 comfortable king sized bedrooms and 1 queen, 3 large full bathrooms, (one upstairs with a marble shower, one downstairs with a tub/shower, attic ensuite with a rain shower), an attic living room with gas fireplace, a formal living room for cocktails and a spacious TV living room for cozy hangouts by the wood burning fireplace. Additional guests may sleep on the daybed in this room.

Marble updated kitchen features new appliances, a large washer and dryer, and granite countertops for easy cooking and entertaining.

The large private yard, with backyard fully fenced in, features a large deck with outdoor sofa and chair, dining table and lush garden with firepit area and a gas grill await your stay.

Lovely stay in Three Oaks!
We had a fun long weekend of games and time in New Buffalo! The house is very convenient to walk to the main shopping area / restaurants in Three Oaks!

The Perfect Vacation House
We were absolutely blown away by the thoughtful accommodations, cleanliness, and luxuries of this home!! One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at and such a unique experience. This was our first time in Three Oaks, and the town did not disappoint either. Cozy with incredible shops, restaurants, and the friendliest locals. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay
Wonderful stay for a friend vacation. Bedrooms were roomy, kitchen had a wonderful island, dining room table was perfect for playing cards as well as eating. Older house with exceptional updates. Third floor suite was particularly nice. Only small complaint was the outside deck was not very clean - chair cushions were dirty, and needs a good power wash. Overall the place was excellent and we would definitely rent again!

Great location and a great property
The property was amazing! Everything was very modern and updated. The house had everything a couple or group could need to have a truly enjoyable weekend. The location was fantastic and only a five or 10 minute walk to all the amenities in Three Oaks. Carla was an outstanding host and very responsive. Check in and check out was extremely easy And we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home
We enjoyed our stay here for Christmas. The house was very warm and charming. The communication was excellent and we appreciated being able to come a day early, due to the storm. We would definitely stay here again next year if we come.

Girls and Dogs weekend
We were lucky enough to be at this beautiful house during an unseasonably warm April weekend. The house was perfect - comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and so many spaces to hang out, including a wonderful back yard for the dogs. Tons of hiking, beach and restaurants all close by. This is our 2nd visit to the house and we are already looking forward to our next!

Perfect spot for a family vacation!
We stayed 9 days with a family of 6 adults and it was fantastic! Tons of room and the upstairs attic suite was amazing. With the attic AC unit it was actually the coolest room in the house. Within walking distance of Journeyman’s Distillery and downtown Three Oaks it was a great location and only 10 minutes from New Buffalo with the beach, more restaurants and the casino. We loved it!

The house was awesome; it had so much character and charm. The attic was incredible. The house was very clean and stocked with ample necessities and extra’s. Communicating with Carla, the owner, was great. She is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. There is so much to do in that area, we really had a great time!

We all loved how beautifully decorated the home is and the layout. It was perfect for our group of 6. There is so much to do in the area within a 10 minute drive. The owner was quick to respond with my check out question. We can’t wait to book this property again over the summer!

Great girls weekend!!!
Absolutely wonderful house! So much room! Very very clean. All the extra touches from fancy folded towels to hotel like toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen! Carla was amazing to work with. Very responsive. We had four girls there for a girls weekend. Wonderful comfortable beds, full kitchen. Great place to hang out and chitchat. Very close to everything. Highly highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Three Oaks
The house was SO CUTE! And very clean. I was actually surprised how big it was in person. We came into town for a week to celebrate a wedding at Journeyman’s and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to downtown with cute shops and restaurants and a short drive to New Buffalo. We brought our two dogs and they loved the back yard, enough room to play with a fenced in yard. Highly recommend!

The perfect Bridal Suite
We were a family of 8. There were plenty of large comfy beds plus a twin bed in the family room area. The best part was the upstairs addition that was a nice area for the sisters and the bride to gather. The many rooms helped us to get ready as we had hair and makeup 💄 sessions added in the first floor level. The home was well maintained and decore was suitable for some nice photos. The outside was not as glorious but it really didn’t matter to us. Thank you for a great home you shared with our family. It worked out great and had a lot of comfort. Love Three Oaks!

Three Oaks home
Five adults and 2 labs had plenty of room. We all hung out in the family room at the end of the day, the dining room table was gorgeous and we had plenty of room at the table to eat and/or play cards. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. The kitchen had lots of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The house was super clean, a lot of towels were available, the upstairs attic unit was awesome, the bed mattresses were very comfortable. The nice long driveway accommodated our 3 vehicles very easily. We had a great time, meeting in Michigan from 3 different locations. We found lots to do in New Buffalo, a short 10 minute drive from the house. We all agreed, it was a great trip.

Amazing!! Well loved and clean
Amazing property. Amazing amazing amazing. So clean and well stocked with cooking needs such as pots and pans and dishes. The attic was amazing. It’s own space for a group of kids or like parents that want to have their own privacy from their kiddos! Everything that is on the listing is exactly what it’s like. Carla responded to me so quickly anytime I had a question. Oh a bonus I found was that there is an electric towel bar in the upstairs bathroom. Beautiful touches everywhere. I’d suggest this home to anyone wanting a big place with a bit of their own space in a sweet town.

Comfortable home away from home
Carla's place is beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank God (or Carla?) for the espresso machine as I do not get out of bed for less than 4 shots in the morning. Our dog enjoyed her daily walks through the neighborhood (so did I!). There are several restaurants and shops a short walk away. The Journeyman Distillery was a favorite for us. They must buy magical tomatoes because their pizza sauce and ketchup were the best we've ever tasted. For a night in, there is a good selection of TV/movies, puzzles, books, games, an old-timey record player (j/k...I am more old-timey than the record player), and a nice deck and patio to sit outside and read a book, or just relax and chat with family. Lake Michigan beaches (Warren Dunes!) are a short drive away. Carla was easy and quick to communicate with. We would stay again if we have a chance to head back to the area.

Beautiful place, but...
The house by itself is a 5 star home. No question or doubts about that. It looked EXACTLY like the pictures. I would argue that it looked even better than the pictures. They don't do the house any justice. The ONLY reason why I am giving the place 4 stars, is the list of chores that we were asked to complete upon checking out. With the cleaning fee being as high as it is, we were surprised and a little put off by the number of things that we were asked to do. Mainly because we weren't made aware of the chores until either a few days before check-in or after checking in. I understand that it's a touch nit picky, but it left a little bit of a bad taste in our mouths. That being said...the house was gorgeous. I can't stress that enough. If you don't mind doing some chores, definitely book the place.

Great House.
The house was perfect for our family of eight. I wasn’t expecting the little extras like coffee, garbage bags, plenty of toilet paper, necessities. I also loved the location. You can walk to charming downtown Four Oaks or take a quick drive to the beach.
