"no contact with the property at all - no response to emails, the phone number provided by Expedia was wrong. On the Expedia web page, there is information that "Free ferry terminal shuttle" is included. But we were charged for the ferry tickets at the resort reception. "The island is abiut 20 minutes boat ride from Jakarta and it's the closest island of thousands Island. Unfortunately the rubbish from Jakarta ended up on the beach in the island so swimming is not an option but the pool is great. If you come to get away the crowded Jakarta, this is the place where you can just relax, ride a bike and basically just chillax. Foods are great and lots of variety, the staff are polite and always helpful. I really enjoyed my stay"

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...
