"We both thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were well laid out and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of each day. We enjoyed feeding the peacocks and managed to take some fantastic photos of them. The only thing that we missed was a dishwasher, as this was advertised but not there. Although there was a washing machine which was not mentioned! Would be happy to return if we plan to visit Suffolk again. Overall, a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable place...

"We wanted a seaside weekend break to relax and this apartment was everything we could ask for. Beautifully decorated and furnished, a few minutes walk from the coastline and in a tranquil setting. "Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...
