"The actual property was clean an a good size the hot tub was marvellous an the views were good with nobody looking over you and away from the main road Everything was there for cooking an cleaning an good information about the history of the local village just down the road"

"This was a lovely little house. Very nicely decorated, very clean, great facilities and the host has done everything that they can to make you feel welcome. I didn’t know I wanted the hot chocolate but it was very welcome at the end of the day 😃"

"This is a really lovely property, lots of space with an excellent, very well equiped, kitchen leading on to a big secure garden. we were a three generation family with a dog and the space worked brilliantly. We entertained family and had lots of children visit, the garden toys and sit on tractors where a huge success. I can honestly say we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. "Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. "This place is unique - acres of space, luxuriously appointed and full of beautiful quirky art and decor. Peaceful surroundings, great for country walks. Fantastic place for a friends' reunion weekend - we will most definitely be back!"

"i went with my daughter, had an amazing time! my cousins were at arena uk just 7 mins drive. so had the comfort of being able to relax at the beginning and end of day. Loved the fact had internet and watch all my favourite programmes on Netflix etc. My daughter was able to chill in her own room with tv at the end of a busy day. "

"Great bungalow to stay in. Local pub (horse and jockey) just a 10 minute walk away, lovely meal in there. We stayed in carrot cottage, which had everything we needed. Only couple of things: 1. TV a bit small and couple of steps to bedroom could be a problem for a disabled person. My mam managed them, but worried she might fall over then at night. So left the light on over night. Overall great place to stay."

"Booked a long weekend for myself and my grown up son to catch up with friends and family who still live in the area We moved North when he was 2 years old and is now in his early 20's so spent the time going to places he went as a baby. The lodge position was perfect as it was quiet but only about 20 minutes from everything. It was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. My son made good use of the hot tub. are definitely considering booking to do the same next year."
