In our room which was 117 our Jacuzzi buttons were broken and the Jacuzzi drained water into the bathroom floor near left side of the toilet but a very nice employee moved us into a new room which was 107 with a different Jacuzzi that didnt drain at all! The staff employee that helped us out and switched us was Alex a girl very hard working woman and another hard working woman who helped us was Sherri best employees that helped us out thank you for the wonderful staff u have

I’ve stayed here many times over the years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Our room was on the first floor, highway side. This year the room felt damp and had a musty odor. Otherwise the hotel is clean.
