"There’s no room service available at the Inn so after 4 days the trash was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper. Also, breakfast used to be so much better. They reduced the offerings of the continental breakfast and started offering items a la carte which is all fine but for the price, I’d expect at least some basic bread and butter at the buffet. It was a bit disappointing this time."

"This was our first time at this property. We had to use the check in desk and the workers were helpful and inviting. The room was recently upgraded and was very clean. My daughter and I have allergies and this was important for us. The property manager communicated often and was nice. "Disappointed that the outside pool was closed due to renovations and also the indoor pool was closed. Absolutely no extras, we stayed 2 nights, coffee for only 1 pot was provided. No dish washing detergent ( it did provide dishwasher tabs). No napkins, no extra paper towels or trash bags, no wraps or baggies, etc. No cushions for chairs on porch."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "

If I had to suggest changes it would be inform renters of the spiral staircase, the lack of no bathroom in the bedroom in the loft and the very steep, narrow set of stairs in the house leading up to the main living space.Also the two bedrooms on the ground level were a bit cold for sleeping.Otherwise it was a nice space for the weekend."
