"It's a great place but I had to take a star off because of the noise. The heater makes a very loud noise when it turns on and I can hear everything they're talking about in the room next door, even though I'm a heavy sleeper I couldn't sleep. But the hotel is beautiful, the staff are excellent and the room was super clean."

"This hotel was perfect for a quick vacation trip to Chicago. The staff was friendly and approachable, and they were happy to check us in early since we arrived hours before the scheduled time. I especially appreciated this because it was a cold 28°F (-2°C) kinda windy day! The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and TV.
