It was spolessly clean and the staff were a revelation, with customer service actually being carried out. "Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had a really enjoyable experience. It was Mother’s Day weekend and myself and mum arrived at reception to be greeted with complimentary afternoon tea. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were fully equipped and spotless. Even having an umbrella to use. Lots of little details that made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be returning and have told all our family and friends about our experience. Location was great. "
