Spring getaway

Weekend trip
We loved the house! We had adults, kids, teens, and dogs! Not too far from ice castles and just a great house to stay cozy and hang and eat and play games. The short walk to the waterfall was nice too and the waterfall in the winter was spectacular. Would love to come back in Summer/Fall.

Stayed with another family. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Great location. Road getting in is sketchy in the winter weather - 4WD/AWD was necessary but worth it for the privacy.

We truly enjoyed our third trip to Sullivan Farm, a wonderful location with beautiful scenery. Our experience is better each year! The house is warm and welcoming and Robert is very helpful. ! We enjoyed a restful weekend with family and returned home ready for the busy holiday season!

Great spot. Walk to the waterfalls, walk to the pond, walk to the mountain stream. House has everything you need… Pots, pans, dishes, linens, pillows. Peaceful and quiet. Short drive to the store, or several different restaurants.

Enjoy a Restored Antique
We live in a restored 1830 colonial and fully appreciate the work, love and money that Rob put into restoring this 1800 farm. Don't expect a modern, perfect home. Enjoy an old but modernized antique. Very comfortable, very quiet on its 50+acres. The extensive grounds around the house were great for our dogs, and safe. The huge barn is an adventure in itself. Good but isolated location, near attractions. Plymouth is only 13 miles away for shopping if needed. Very enjoyable week.

Ski Weekend
We were looking for a place that provided privacy and was off the beat and path from the Ski resort area itself. The house was an old farm house which the owner is restoring. The main house has a lot of character. Our only complaint was the icy road but that has no reflection on the owner or the property. We had 4 wheel drive SUV's so a non issue. This was our second year staying at Sullivan Farm for a week three generation family trip. From downhill to x country to hiking, there is something for everyone, and the location is absolutely beautiful. We also greatly enjoyed the hot tub!

Wonderful weekend!
This is our second visit to Sullivan Farm and we will be back again. Our family of 4 gathered with my parents and all 6 of us enjoyed the quiet and cozy farm. We enjoyed long walks in the woods and warm evenings by the fire.

Beautiful Weekend
It was our 4th(?) time at the farm, and my kids are beginning to think it belongs to us in some way! It is always the most rejuvenating retreat for our family. In the middle of a busy fall sports season we got to enjoy the gorgeous leaves, crossing the brook on stepping stones, marveling at the waterfall, playing together in the fields, and making s’mores in the giant fireplace. My 12-year-old was only able to make it up for 1 night but he said “it was totally worth it.” What could make a mom happier?! Thank you Rob! Always such a pleasure!

Gorgeous 1800s farmhouse and grounds.
We had an amazing stay on this property. The house had charm and was spacious. We have two toddlers and two dogs. The kids loved exploring the house and playing the piano, while the dogs loved the yard and nearby hikes. There is a picturesque pond and nearby waterfall, all within walking distance ~ 0.5 miles. We visited in the fall - the leaves were absolutely gorgeous surrounding the farmhouse! This property is a hidden gem.

A Relaxing Getaway
This property was the perfect place for our yearly trip up to The White Mountains. This updated farmhouse with the large barn attached was more than enough space for 6 of us and 3 dogs and was well used to escape a rainy day. The open land was perfect for our dogs and the pond was easy to access and. This beautiful and peaceful property made for the perfect relaxing getaway.

We liked this property so much that we came back. It is the perfect place for a week of family time, cooking, hiking, walks with the dog, and swimming. There is plenty of space and everything you need is provided. The wrap around porch is especially nice. I hope we will be returning in the future.

Wonderful family getaway
What an amazing setting! We really felt like we were staying in an 1800's farmhouse with modern conveniences. Our kids had a blast playing in the giant barn and we loved having the screened in porch looking out over the rolling fields. There was also ample activities within a half mile, including a nice swimming pond, an amazingly private water falls, and plenty of hiking. The owner has also been super responsive and understanding of some changes we had to make with our reservation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful peaceful getaway
3 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs had a wonderful stay. Owner was very quick and efficient in response to questions and a minor situation. The great room was warm and cozy -a great place to watch the snow storm. Plenty of walking and exploring directly on foot from the farmhouse. Accurate description about wifi and cell service. I would love to experience mid summer and fall from this home , and will surely plan another stay! Most places that allow dogs can be over priced and run down. This home is well kept and you can tell any pet owner that stays there is responsible and respectful to keep the home and grounds clean and comfortable. Felt like home away from home

We found the property to be very beautiful; nestled in a valley at the end of the lane. We we comfortable even though it was frigid outdoors. The house -- circa 1800 -- was nicely updated, super clean and Rob was very attentive to any of our concerns.

Stunning property
Gorgeous farmhouse and property. Our 2 and 5 year olds loved exploring the house and barn. The weather was very cold (negative 35 with windchill) so we were not able to spend much time outside, but we hope to come back and explore more. There was plenty of exploring to do in the house. Highly recommend!
