The Space:
The ground floor has a spacious living room that has a Smart-TV, large sofa and chairs to relax in and a dedicated workspace.

The kitchen has everything that you need to make your stay great including cutlery, dining ware, cooking equipment, over, stove, kettle, microwave, toaster and more!

There is a conservatory, that has a dining table and benches for you to eat at or enjoy the sun!

The garden is big and has plenty of space and gets lots of sun during the summer.

There is a free on-street parking for your vehicles.

Upstairs there is a family bathroom, that has a bath, over-bath shower, sink and toilet.

The main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage for your luggage.

The second bedroom has two double beds that can be pushed together and there is storage.

The third bedroom is a single bed with plenty of storage.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay.

We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.

The Neighborhood:
The property is set in a quiet residential area.

Nearby there is a the small Thorton-Cleveleys football club, pubs, restaurants, small convenience stores, takeaways etc.

There are lots of lovely semi-rural walks in the area.

Thornton-Cleveleys has a sea front which is a short journey away but it's a lovely walk.

Getting Around:
The M55 motorway access is close by in Blackpool, there are A roads which link the property straight to M6, however, it's a bit further away.

Thornton-Cleveleys has a lot bus routes that link you to the sea-front, Blackpool, Fleetwood, Preston and further a field.

There is a train station in Thornton-Cleveleys and Blackpool, which both link to Preston which is a mainline national train station.

There are multiple taxi companies in the area.

Thorton-Cleveleys have multiple nice walks in the area.

Lovely & modern
The house was very clean and comfy for us for the weekend. nice conservatory to eat meals in the evening. Not too far away from the beach and main attractions definitely recommend to family’s or anyone visiting the area
