"Our family had a wonderful trip to Bull Shoals. We've been going to the lake for years but this was our first time staying near Theodosia and the first time staying at this house. The location was incredibly convenient. Aaron was prompt with all communication. The house was surprisingly well stocked and felt very warm and welcoming. "What a wonderful “home away from home!” We had an incredible time enjoying this amazing property with our large family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen was very well-stocked and designed for multiple cooks. It was a very nice touch that we were able to pick peppers, tomatoes and onions from the U-Pick Garden and cook them for our Taco Night. We also very much appreciated the homemade brownies, honey and farm fresh eggs left for us as a gift from the hosts. We spent a lot of time in “The Barn” basement room playing board games and had epic Ping Pong and Foosball battles. Our Grandkids thoroughly explored the very unique Maze in the woods behind the house as a wonderful place to play hide and seek. All in all, highly recommend staying here with a large family or just seeking a very peaceful yet entertaining getaway."

"We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!"
