Chalet Crystal Mountain - 6 Bedroom - 3 Bath Log Cabin

This 6 bedroom 3 full baths 3,600 square foot authentic modern log cabin. Located at Crystal Mountain Resort on the tenth fairway of the Betsie Valley Golf Course. The home is a short 200 yard walk to the Golf Pro Shop and Ski Lifts. The home sleeps 15 people and is ideal for golf groups, snowmobile parties and skiers.

The contemporary log cabin is furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and family room equipped with a big screen TV, all wrap around a floor to ceiling stone, full-size wood burning fireplace to assure a cozy up north feel. The wrap around wood deck with gas grill and cedar deck furniture, provides views of the golf course and ski hills. The homes lower level is equipped with a ping pong table, and card table. This is a perfect game room for the younger or young at heart guests.

Crystal Mountain is a four season resort offering down hill and cross country skiing, golf, hiking, swimming, Peak Spa and Fitness Center. The Park at Waters Edge, gourmet market and two restaurants on site. Nearby you can enjoy fishing and canoeing in local rivers; biking trails. Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course (20 minutes) Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, and many quaint towns for shopping and dining; all within 30 minutes.

There is a guest fee to use the Peak Fitness Center and their indoor and outdoor pools.

House right off Crystal property, easy 5-min walk to the downtown of resort. Pictures don’t do the house justice, it’s much bigger and more well appointed. Loved the large open great room! Definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect location for our family get together of 15 people the home comfortably slept our party and there was plenty of room during dinner time and relaxation with the big finished basement in ping-pong area. Great time was had by all!

Annual event to Crystal and always enjoy venue and this location. House layout is perfect for large group. Ate out a lot so didn’t use kitchen, but kitchen is very nice and tied to living room and overlooking the golf course.

The house was so perfect for our family of 8. The location was so perfect, the wood burning fireplace was fantastic, the kids (and adults) loved the ping pong table, and overall set up was so inviting. Keith was also super responsive and helpful for all our questions! We cannot wait to come back!

Family Ski Weekend
We spent our 23rd annual family ski weekend at Chalet Crystal Mountain and it was a wise choice. We take our children, their spouses, and grandchildren (16 people total) each year to Crystal Mountain. Chalet offered more bedrooms than we could get at Crystal Mountain housing and, as our family has grown, it was necessary to seek different accommodations. The Chalet was an excellent location, clean, and affordable. The family room was amazing as was the huge boot room on the lower level. It was a great stay. Thanks for offering such a nice home for out loved family retreat.

This house worked very well for our group. We had 3 families and we each had our own space. The common area was big enough for all of us and the fireplace was wonderful. The host could not have been nicer when we got hit by a blizzard and needed special arrangements. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent Location for Skiing
We were a large group of adults and kids of all ages! We loved all the amenities and how close it was to the Crystal Mountain. For a small fee you can also user the pool and jacuzzi. You have all the pots, pans, cups, shot glasses and coffee pot. We also enjoyed playing ping pong with the kids.

Great long ski weekend
8 adults and 4 teens/tweens fit perfectly in this home. Space for the adults to hang upstairs and kids downstairs with their own TV and ping pong. Plenty of space in the mudroom for everyone to get booted up. Sledding hill right out the back! Bring your own Kleenex and shampoo as though were the only things missing.

Outside trash receptacles were more than half full, coffee maker had filter with grounds still in there with mold growing on them. Have full beer can down stairs left from previous renters. Check in was easy, location awesome. House fit all our needs.

House was spacious and well stocked. Enough room for everyone. Updated bathrooms, kitchen could use some updates. Stove was pretty dirty, needs to be cleaned. Short walk to resort and shuttle was available. Would definitely stay again.

Another Great Visit
This is the site of our annual Crystal Mountain family vacation. Skiing is close by and the fireplace completes the cozy setting for playing games and watching some movies. Little ones have fun sliding on the hill in back of the house. The kitchen is updated with a beautiful bar and table for enjoying meals. Pick this one…you wil love it.

Property was clean, kitchen well supplied, plenty of firewood, great location for skiing, two coffee pots. Recommend bringing fire starters to help start the fire in the fireplace. Also an extra coffee pot would be useful, while there are two coffee pots one is difficult to use setting are mess up. Other than one coffee pot. I would highly recommend this property, we had stayed here several times over the years and have always been happy with our stay..Enjoy

Another excellent family Christmas at Crystal
Keith (owner) was great to work with. He was quick to respond to my two emails about things that would be helpful to us during our stay at his beautiful house at Crystal. The house was very clean, in a beautiful location (a short walk to Buck). It was "as advertized". Each area of the house was perfect for our family of 14. Ping Pong was a hit. The kitchen was well stocked, two refrigerators, the fireplace worked perfectly and lots of nicely split wood was available to us. We are already talking about our 15th Christmas At Crystal -2023!! We all are talking about another year at "Keith's Place". Thanks Keith for sharing your beautiful house with us.
