Hotel is in an excellent location for both Carrow Road and evenings out in Norwich city centre. "Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment we were allocated was spotless and comfortable. Despite being above the bar area it was very quiet so we had a great sleep. The property is right next to the Minster with the town centre right on the doorstep with most places of interest within walking distance. Things to note: the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs and no lift - it’s an old building....

"We had a great stay however the bath was very slow to drain and was very slippery when showering. We put the mat in and kept on it to avoid slipping."
