"Stayed in a Villa and it was huge with a garage. Stayed in the garden view and still had a lake view. Housekeeping staff are amazing! Too cold to use outdoor pools. Carpets need cleaning and/or replacement and the couch cushions need a clean or replacement. Otherwise, the townhome was clean and lovely and had everything we needed. Thank you and we will return!"

"I was hoping this hotel was going to be fancier than it was. It certainly commands a high price. It’s showing wear and tear at this point. To be honest, it doesn’t really meet the level of other Hyatt hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. We did hear quite a bit of traffic noise, and could also hear every step the guest in the room above us took. Beds were comfortable though, and the room was nice and clean. Parking is an extra $12/night which we knew, but the location doesn’t warrant a parking fee...
