The North Canyon House was a very comfortable stay, plenty of room. In a very quiet, peaceful country setting for sure, away from the hustle of Moab, but still only a short drive from Arches and Canyonlands.
The directions were very clear with where to go and easy to find! About an hour from canyonlands national park and 30 minutes from arches national park and 40 minutes from Moab which was perfect! Good price for the location!
We really enjoyed our short stay here, the unit was very clean and comfortable, neighborhood was very quiet. We visited Moab, Arches and Canyonlands during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.
We were impressed with the updates that have been done to the property. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
We booked this place for our vacation to Moab. The place was very clean. There was plenty of room for our trailer. Overall, I would book this place again!
Nice canyon home. Very easy to find, inside clean and comfortable. A short drive into Moab and a few minutes
from Sego Canyon and petroglyphs. We enjoyed our stay.
This sweet little property suited me perfectly. I loved the location, cost and proximity to the parks. The unit was clean, peaceful, comfortable and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was exactly as described, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Coming from Pennsylvania, staying in Thompson Springs felt like stepping into a completely different world—stunningly remote and full of natural beauty. It was the ideal base for exploring the region. We left this morning, and I’m already daydreaming about when I can return for a longer stay. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience the serene beauty of Utah!
Off the beaten track, easy in and out, very accommodating. Home is very spacious, well maintained and clean. A little far from parks but we still enjoyed the stay in our own space after hiking all day. Would visit again.
We loved our stay here. It was a very nice rental and the ghost town vibes did not disappoint. It was close enough to national and state parks, but also far enough away to really relax at the end of the day. We loved visiting the old ghost town, cemetery, and petroglyphs that were just a few miles from the house. The canyon views also were a nice added touch. I would definitely rent again if I am ever in the area. When the ad says all you need to bring is food, they really mean it; the house had everything that anyone could really need. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The trailer was very clean and well stocked with coffee, supplies. We were able to cook our food. It was quiet and easy to access. Worth the drive from Arches. We drove up the valley and found some incredible petroglyphs. My only concern is the bathtub is a bit high and may be hard for some folks to get in and out of safely. The beds were comfortable and the internet worked pretty well. We plan to return and I am telling everyone I know about how great this place was.
The property had everything we needed. Very clean, everything went very smoothly. It was in a very remote location which was good for the most part... beautiful views, away from Moab crowds, but just make sure you pre plan stopping for groceries in Green River on your way in so yo don't have to run back out later... it's about 30 minutes away. Property was right down the street from the Sego canyon paintings which we found by accident in the Atlas Obscura, which was a cool surprise.
Nice property, Neighborhood was questionable. I didn’t have any issues however.
Train tracks was only about 150 yards away and train came through many nights blowing its whistle around 3-3:30
