"The beds were advertised as queen size but were definitely not queen. The beds also had a huge dip in them and were not comfortable. The curtains didnt block the outdoor lights. The room phone didnt work, which could have been needed for medical emergency, and when we went to front desk to advise she said that it was a known issue and couldnt be fixed; she didnt offer to switch us rooms, she only offered to check us out on a Saturday night at 9pm. "Excellent check-in. Motel is completing refurbishment. Room 212 was a tiresome walk for two seniors, no elevator. Room and furnishings we new and clean. Ample USB ports, 1 found at each lamp. Bath, very nice and upgraded with all new fixtures, separate from sleeping area. Breakfast was adequate, sausage with biscuits and gravy, toaster waffles, cereals, coffee, tea and juices. Suggestion: Provide a comfortable chair for lounging. "

"The room was exceptionally clean. The floors are laminate, so there is no worn or dirty carpet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee maker or ironing board. We stayed for two nights. My only complaint was they never came to empty the garbage, so the small can was overflowing. There is no garbage can outside either. There are also very few places to eat other than fast food."

"There was still hurricane damage, but they work through that just fine. Everything in the room was as it should be, my only complaint was the bathroom was dirty, hair in the tub, hair on the toilet paper molding. But Everything seemed fine for arriving at 1am and leave at 7am. The staff was great. We will stay here again. But i would absolutely like to have a cleaner bathroom!!!"

"The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals."
