"Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking. "

"Wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes, recht großes Zimmer mit tollem Design und hochwertigen Materialien. Beim Spa merkt man, dass es mehrmals erweitert wurde. Das ist anfangs etwas unübersichtlich, bietet aber durch die vielen Bereiche aber dann für jeden etwas. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und auch beim Abendessen gab es reichlich Auswshl und sehr gute Speisen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. "

"Nothing fancy about this hotel, the service is good though be careful because they have limited reception hours so if you want to check in after 8 pm, you are out of luck (or you need to call them in advance).
