Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. "We had a wonderful stay at Settlers lodge. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped! Loved seeing the squirrels around the garden! Set in a great area for walking and exploring. We enjoyed both the local pub and also a takeaway from the nearby pub. Both we would recommend. Cannot wait to come for a return visit . Thanks again!"

"The cabin is far from as described and overpriced for the condition and cleanliness. The state of repair is poor - furniture both outside and inside is dated and in places broken. Hot tub had a dirty foam on the top - must have been used with fake tan/make up previously. The only good thing is that the owner is responsive and has said replacements have been made since our stay."

"Lovely property, very clean and tidy. In a beautiful location - having good weather helped too, with access to local shops. The cottage is very well presented and very comfortable. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room.
