"Our multi-generational family absolutely loved our stay at Fell End. The house was decorated for Xmas and is beautiful throughout. The facilities including movie room, hot tub, table football, table tennis were awesome. The house is homely, warm throughout and stylishly and comfortably furnished! Great value!!"

"We stayed at Crackin View for a long weekend just before Christmas for our annual family Christmas holiday. Ages ranging from 5 - 65 with quite a few teenagers. The house was perfect for what we needed. Plently of room and commual areas for our large family, the living room was a great layout for playing family games. "The railway carriage was a lovely place for my dog and I to call home while we visited friends in Newcastle. Great walks on the doorstep and Newcastle is deceptively easy to get to.We visited the Column to Liberty at Gibside today that we could see from our window. "We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay"

"Lodge clean with every facility. Location perfect for dog walks and nearness of Amble and coast.Crazy horse pub on site excellent food plus live entertainment .Would highly recommend and return again"

"We had a wonderful stay at Settlers lodge. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped! Loved seeing the squirrels around the garden! Set in a great area for walking and exploring. We enjoyed both the local pub and also a takeaway from the nearby pub. Both we would recommend. Cannot wait to come for a return visit . Thanks again!"

"Good communication and ease of booking. Very easy to find. Parking not to difficult although not outside (as listing says). Great location with just a short walk into town. Heating good and needed in January. Loads of hot water for the group and good showers. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Would recommend. Only negative bathrooms not cleaned from previous booking."

"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room.
